- A non-refundable booking fee is required to book. -Remaining balance to be paid preferably in cash at the time of your appointment -48 hour notice required to reschedule. If you don’t give 48 hour notice, you forfeit your deposit. A new booking fee will be required to rebook. -Canceling your appointment results in forfeiture of booking fee so please book wisely. -LATE POLICY: Clients more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled & the booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to rebook. -NO CALL/ NO SHOW results in loss of booking fee & future appointment must be paid in full, in advance. -No guests, children, or pets please(unless approved).
